Tallahassee, FL (WWSB) – About 1.5 million felons were stripped of their right to vote by Governor Rick Scott in 2011. But now, a federal judge has ruled that unconstitutional. This fall, Florida residents will get the chance to vote on restoring voting rights for felons.
